    We urge you primarily use the "online HelpDesk" Trouble Ticket Submit web form. This web based call logging service will help us to help you quickly because it automatically provides us with a lot of the information we might need and have to ask you anyway.

    What is a Trouble Ticket (TT)?
    1) you have no WWW access or the access is not available to you, then send an email to "helpdesk@psi.ch".
    However, this method will not result in a faster service than the Web base call logging entry form, since the priority of these mails is not as high as the Trouble Tickets.
    2) if you cannot use either of the other methods or you have queries which you feel are difficult to explain in writing then Dial "8400".
    Please don't overload this number if you can use the other methods. Please note if it rings 3-4 times for you it maybe only rings once for us, therefore please stay on the phone for a reasonable length of time so we can connect with you.

    In order to make this service effective, we encourage users to use the above preferred channels when placing their queries to help us satisfy their expectations .

    The Help Desk service is manned during normal PSI working hours, at least between 08:00 until 17:00, however, although you may receive response outside these times, this can not be guaranteed. The service will not necessarily be fully staffed between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm, if you submit a call during this period, please be patient. HelpDesk submissions though the web and Mail calls sent during this period and those submitted outside working hours will be attended to at the earliest opportunity.

    If you have no computer access, use our telephone support line 8400. N.B. If you are phoning from outside PSI, you must first phone +41 56 310 2111 and then ask to be connected to extension 8400.
