to help us satisfy their
expectations

The Help Desk service is manned during normal PSI working hours, at
least between 08:00 until 17:00, however, although you may receive response
outside these times, this can not be guaranteed. The service will not
necessarily be fully staffed between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm, if you submit
a call during this period, please be patient. HelpDesk submissions though
the web and Mail calls sent during this period and those submitted outside
working hours will be attended to at the earliest opportunity.
